Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on SA Postal Rates within South Africa and are not applicable for International orders.

After receiving notification or confirmation of payment, you will receive an email with "Confirmation" status.

Unless otherwise indicated, your order will be sent out via ordinary parcel post which is a counter to counter service. You will be notified vie email with "Shipped" status and tracking number after your order is sent out. Please note the tracking number is only active after 48 hours after being sent.  Allow approximately 5 working days for your package to arrive and you may wish to track on www.sapo.co.za and 0860 111 502 .

Return Policy

Kitchen Garden believes in outstanding customer service and in satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to receive a Return Authorisation (RA)  and we shall sadly refund or exchange minus any shipping costs. (SInce inception in 2003, we are proud to say we have not received any returns and we hope that status remains the same..)

Damages

We offer replacement for any damages incurred during shipping with ordinary parcel post. Since the South African Post Office only offers insurance against total loss through non-delivery, we have elected not to provide this option as we have never lost a postal delivery within South Africa. Regrettably, there has been damage on occasions involviing either a glass breakage or damage to the plastic drip tray. Although we ensure our best efforts to avoid these by taking extra packaging precautions, it does happen infrequently.

We believe the right thing to do is to ensure our customers receive what it is they have purchased and as such we will replace any damages providing we are informed within 3 days after receipt. If the plastic drip tray merely has a crack, we recommend that you tape both sides with clear tape and continue to use it until your replacement arrives which in most instances will be added to your next order to help us defray any additional  and unnecessary expenses.
